Ladies and Gentlemen, Mohawk 4x4 Adventures, Inc presents, M4X4AVTXPDVI - The longest acronym and epic annual adventure.

We head up to set up camp Friday afternoon at Camp Coolidge, a VT State Park. We wheel the weekend away, enjoy campfires, food and the occassional after hours beverages.  We usually air down Friday night and air up Monday.  

Things will be different this year due to the pandemic. Costs are being minimized to pass the savings on to the members and their guests but still have a fun fundraiser.

• There is a COVID-19 Certificate of Compliance that EACH family or individual must complete.  This form is required for any non-resident of VT to stay anywhere in VT.  For our campground, they will be collected by the park staff at the check in gate.  This form is available here:  https://accd.vermont.gov/sites/accdnew/files/documents/Lodging%20CoC%20-%20Updated%202020-07-01.pdf

• This event will require facemasks when and where social distancing isn't possible.  This is applicable on the trails or at camp.
• VT will require facemasks in every establishment.
• 25 rig limit
• 25 person group camping limit
• 50 person outdoor events limit (If needed, we will split into 2 wheeling groups.)

Event Registration - Just follow the steps!  Registration closes Wednesday, August 26.

We are compliant with and operating within the constraints and limits by VT State Parks, VT and Massachusetts government. Here is how we fit the puzzle pieces together for event registrations:

1. Every member signs up for a $50 dues assessment.  This includes one free tee shirt and the guided trip.  You will select your tee shirt size after selecting the event.  There is a 25 rig limit for this event (different from the 25 person limit for group camping).

2. Sign up your guests.  There is a limit to 4 guests per member rig.  *ONLY 3 PER GUEST IN GROUP CAMPING AREA*

3. CAMPING OPTIONS:

• OPTION A

Group Camping - SPACE IS LIMITED DUE TO COVID19 RESTRICTIONS. You may reserve a MAXIMUM of 4 spots in our head count of 25 people (Not rigs or tents) for group camping, first come, first served. (You + 3 max = 4).  *If you're bringing 4 adult guests, you will need to find different camping options. We are aware of this.*

Select the number of adult passes needed. $25 EACH  Then select the number of Free Children passes needed.  This covers the club costs and it makes sure it is family friendly.  The group camping area has a lot of room with individual sites.  There is a bathroom, but no showers here.  They are available in the tent loops on the map.

• OPTION B

No camping included - There's plenty of space available at the park (closer to the showers), including lean-to shelters, as well as local bed and breakfasts and hotels.  You're responsible for meeting at the times and locations listed in the confirmation email and for acquiring your own reservations for lodging.  

4. Schedule Draft

• Friday 9 PM RUN
• SATURDAY 9:30 AM DAY TRIP
• SUNDAY 9:30 AM DAY TRIP
• Each party must bring all of their own food and drink and what the party needs to prepare their food.  Alternatively, there's food and drink available about 15 -20 minutes away. (This is a 45 to 60 minute round trip to return to the campground.)
• The schedule is included in the confirmation email.
• These trails are best enjoyed with at least one locker and 32" or larger tires.  There's tons of rock, dirt roads and some pavement.  

KIDS TEE SHIRTS - $5 over cost mark up, price TBD.  Using a text box during registration, add how many kids shirts and what sizes you need. We will email you with a quote to complete the order.
